TIS Well that's why I came on the BB flipping between my word document and the escapism of the net. I'd probably have hurt someone by now if it wasn't for the helicopter game. Yeah hopefully it'll come. It's an interesting piece I'm doing and something EVERYONE has an opinion on - evaluating the use of performance appraisals.
I also need to find a credible source backing up my point that there's been an increase in non managerial staff recieving appraisals. I got one in 1986 but nothing recent.
