idk, i feel that if he was snitching back then we would have seen more genovese related busts and he would have probably been moved to a secure wing of the facility as opposed to cutting his sentence in half now and letting him walk out the can
It very well could have been after 2006. But it seems he had been cooperating before 2011 or this year.
