Mike Sarno was not a Boss. The Problem with the stupid media is that they say everybody in Chicago is a Boss. According to them, everybody associated with the Outfit is a Boss. They don't know what the fuck they are talking about. In the Outfit, Made guys are bosses of rackets but they are not Outfit Bosses in the literal sense. Mike Sarno was a made guy in the Cicero Crew. He was not the Boss of the Cicero Crew. The Boss of the Cicero Crew is someone else, not Mike Sarno.
