My apologies. Most americans would pronounce it the same. This is the nickname for my husband that my mother-in-law calls him, so all I hear in my head is: "GIANNINI GIANNINI VIENI KA GIANNINI" *to be said in high pitch that you can't possibly imagine.*
How about bleeding ear drums?
My father in law recently got his hearing checked and it was suggested he get a hearing aid. Too many years of the screaming. Smart guy doesn't want one. lol
