Around 2000 the Bonannos were the third biggest family, so I imagine now, after ten years, they will still be slightly bigger than the Colombos and Luccheses, unless these families made a lot of new guys in recent years...
According to some recent estimates they are still slightly bigger. But you're talking a difference of maybe 15 or 20 members.
