I actually went to bed at 8pm last night. I'm doing this experiment for my psychology class. We're supposed to change our sleep habits and see how it affects us. So I woke up this morning at 3am, and I don't really feel different yet, but maybe by football practice this afternoon I'll really be dragging. ohwell

I normally go to bed around midnight and wake up at 5:30am and get to school by 6am to workout.
