sure he was a capo but I never knew who he had in his crew.. I'm sure he was from juniors side of the family .. as junior wanted to kill little pussy malanga in arties joint and sil was asking if he went to school with artie? - however in later seasons Tony says him and Sil went way back - when Junior used chase them from the Executive Card Game, think it seems a bit of a contradiction - Sil would have known Artie too..and definitely knew Tony knew him also...Aint watched season 1 in a while .. need to lol..
