That's exactly what it reminds me of. And I have to tell you, as a New Yorker for over fifty years, it really bugs me that people can't afford to live in the neighborhoods they grew up in because some yutz writer from Oklahoma or Ohio made good. I know that's not politically correct, but that's how every lifelong New Yorker feels. You watch, they're gonna do it to Harlem next. And where are those poor people going to go?

And Soho today has become so expensive that unless you're wealthy---yes wealthy---you just can't live there. A 400 square foot studio apartment in a Soho will run you two grand a month American dollars. Easily.
