That's ridiculous, though. While I'm totally against people chatting away on the phone while they're driving -- or even worse: texting -- what other rights will follow? Banning CB or ham radios or walkie talkies? Banning chatting with other passengers? Banning talking back to the radio -- or even listening to the radio??

Way too many people are still driving (recklessly) with the phone to their ears. Let's enforce THAT first, before trying to attempt to force a ban that simply cannot be enforced at all. How can you prove I wasn't talking to myself??

Better yet, let's put our police dept energy into something more important for once.
