He's been known as a Genovese capo for a long time. Not every made guy has a rap sheet a mile long. And he's chosen to be even more low key with just running his restaurant. Back in 2003, there was a ring busted for making high-tech cloned credit cards that was connected to Federici. His son has had difficulty staying out of trouble though.
