Italian mafias always did, and do, business with Africans. Italians bring them over and put them to work, do work they don't want to do. Drugs are trafficked for the mafia thru West Africa. At the end of the day, though, the Africans better know their place with the Italians and when they don't, that's when the trouble starts. Just look at what happened last year to those 6 Africans that the Camorra gunned down when the Africans tried to muscle the Italians out of money. 6 more graves to dig.
