I encourage ya'll to read this article. It's about Pennsylvania's possible change to allocating its Electoral College votes by congressional district. That would copy Nebraska's and Maine's way of doing it. If PA does it, it could start a trend. If so, it will give Republicans an advantage in presidential elections

I know that many of you may not understand how the College works, but this would be an opportunity for you to read up on it.
