Anyone know of any other mafia games that are similar? For example, the game could start either with you just receiving permission from a godfather to start your own family, or you move to a new city and start a crime family from the ground up.

Let me know what you guys think....I Believe there would be a huge demand for this type of game IMO.

Godfather 2 is really something special. If you can take it for what it is, a game easy in difficult that takes several liberties with the storyline, don't take it too seriously. You'll enjoy it for the same elements you mentioned. Just pretend Hyman Roth is based off Santo Trafficante instead of Meyer Lansky, and the Almeida Family is Castro's Army. Everything makes more sense that way.

Or for something more traditional. Try Gangland on PC.
