Scoops Licata goes way back eh? It'd seem like there's still at least one Scarfo/Ligambi crew up in Newark. You'd wonder what kind of money Scoops would be sending in from his rackets up there, and whether Ligambi had to had put the word out or Scoops came directly to him.
