For those following, the Lybians rebel (Per MSNBC) claim they have Gaddafy surrounded in his apartment. Geez, I can imagine the temptation to blow his head off, but if would be nice if they could capture him and put him on trial.
Anyway I still can't get over 40 some years of the SAME leader. Holy crap! Definitely time for change.
