People talk how the mob doesn't kill people anymore. Not exactly true. Unless a guy is pretty well known, a lot of it is under the radar.

They still seem to be very serious about enforcing discipline. Al Bruno wasn't bringing in a lot of cash and was thought to be an informant. Larry Ricci was talking too much about the Genovese moving into South Jersey and wouldn't take a plea deal in the ILA waterfront case. He ended up in the trunk of a car. Rudy Izzi may have been skimming money. Louis Antonelli wouldn't kick up to the mob.
