Yeah maybe, the Zetas are being hit kinda hard right now by both the military and the Gulf Cartel but honestly I don't think the Gulf Cartel can push out the Zetas out of Monterrey honestly. They (Zetas) still have support from the local law enforcement but south of the city seems like they are loosing it to the Gulf Cartel.
