Thanks Beth, you're very kind. I just wanted to share with you that I just bought my first home (a condo, that is). At 20 yrs old, haven't even had a drink yet! I'm pretty proud of myself and I love you guys. You're like the greatest bulletin board on EARTH. It took me 4 contracts to finally bag a place less than 10 minutes from my work and 2 seconds from D.C. I'm just shocked that they would give a little girl a house. Thanks for letting me ramble.
