i did 33 days of "hole" time while incarcerated. shower 3 times a week one hour of exercise a day while you are cuffed and schackled to your own waist. they let you out in a cage kinda like a dog run. i couldn't imagine doing this for a long period. i truely honestly wanted to kill myself.
