We have been paying through the nose for fuel (gas) for years here. If it wasn't for the fact we do need a vehicle for the family i would consider getting rid of our car. I walk or cycle to work and my wife can get the bus to work. We used to be a 2 car family but got rid of one due to the sheer expense. however as Babe says, US a tad larger than us
