Actually, I'm not, but would love to know. I've watched this movie a couple of times, but never from beginning to end.
Ok. Mind you, in the movie this was told by one attorney to another:
"What do you call 50 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean?"
"I don't know, what?"
"A good start."
