I found this on wiki under genovesse family which makes me believe that worcester mass is controlled by the genovesse family. Before this i always thought they didnt go any father east in mass than springfield and worcester was patriarca territory???

Does any1 have any info on this subject ?

There was really no line of demarcation. Generally speaking, the Genovese family was active in the western half of the state while the Patriarca family was active in the eastern half. Worcester is closer to the middle and I've read several accounts of people from both families being active there.
