www.growthspurts.com lets you post pics for free. It's designed for family websites, child pictures; etc. I don't have any kids but I still use the child album to host my pics, that I need to upload. Also www.picturetrail.com will let you host a certain number for free, then after I believe 30 pics, you have to pay.
