99 percent of the time someone will get assigned "acting Captain" until they find a permanent fix.
FatGirl:Your cute Me:Ok FatGirl:So you wanna buy me a drink? Me:No FatGirl:Why not? Me:Well Its tricky pumpkin,If I buy u a drink, every fat girl in here would think I liked fat girls & ask me to buy them a drink also. lets say a capo of a small crew dies. He had 4 or 5 soldiers under him. Would they still need some1 to take over as a capo or wud we think they may b reassigned to another capo??? That really depends on what the boss wants. If the boss doesn't think much of the soldiers, then he will reassign them to a new capo. He might even split the crew up and put different soldiers with different crews. But to be clear, soldiers almost always answer to a capo.
