After 9 years of a pretty good record of having snowstorm cleanup under control, I think it's pitiful that people are pounding the Mayor for this one.
Tell that to the woman who lost her newborn because the ambulance couldn't get to her for ten hours. Or the Queens woman whose mother had some breathing issues and the ambulance couldn't get down her unplowed street. She watched her mother die in front of her, despite the EMS workers valiant efforts to walk through the snow.
