Agreed. I never said there weren't other boroughs.

However, I still think that when he made the statement, he WAS referring to Manhattan as being 'fully operational'.

As for the 'Broadway Show' suggestion it was probably unnecessary especially from the Mayor...but most if not all of those shows DID, in fact, go on.

After 9 years of a pretty good record of having snowstorm cleanup under control, I think it's pitiful that people are pounding the Mayor for this one.

Next week's investigation will hopefully uncover if there was any sort of work stoppage or slowdown as 'payback' to Bloomberg for budget/job cuts. If it is true even in the slightest way & their intent was to damage the Mayor, they may have accomplished that but they also hurt many people who simply needed to get around.
