Down here in sunny South Jersey they don't know how to plow. One lady who lives at the end of a cul-de-sac wrote an editorial how she shoveled her driveway and the town plow left a giant pile of snow about 100 yards from her driveway. Ah, the genius of town employees; tax dollars at work.
