Thanks, DC - I just heard on 1010 WINS that Brooklyn officials are calling on the Governor to declare Brooklyn a state of emergency and send in the national guard...they said some streets in Brooklyn haven't been touched since the storm began and Mayor Bloomberg replied that all streets will be cleared by the end of the day.
