Killing ones spirit. This has acually happened to me. I used to be picked on when I was younger and I hated it and it made me think I was the problem. I used to acually hate myself and my spirit was deluded. I have come a long way from then but still, it is something that happens to many and that is what killing of spirit is. But that doesn't mean that one cannot heal from that, I have.
