yes. I dont think homosexuality in itself is a sin, just the act of it. that my not make a whole lot of since, but if homosexuality is in the genes than it cant be wrong for someone to be gay. I feel its like, this is a bad example but its late and all i can think of: You can be born a crazy murderer and thats not wrong but if act upon it and murder someone than yeah its wrong.
God doesnt hate gays. I am not one to say gays are going to heaven or not i feel you can be gay and have a close relationship with God. Heck if some priests can go without a woman a gay can go w/o a man.
