Some questions about the league settings...

Assists (AST)			  2.0
Steals (ST)			  3.0
Blocked Shots (BLK)		  3.0
Turnovers (TO)	     	         -2.0


So this means you get +.5 pts for making a field goal or free throw, and -.5 pts for missing it? Is this just a bonus added to PTS, so each point made is actually +1.5 and each miss is -.5 ?

And, +1.5 pts (+2 - .5) for making a three-pointer + the 3 points = 4.5 pts?

Should REB and AST be worth the same?
