It does strain somewhat in the hot humid summer weather, but - like Old Man River - it keeps rolling along.
Signor V.
Ironic that you mention this. We just went out last week to buy a new refrigerator. The one that we had was a GE and was about 20 years old. It finally began to strain this past summer and milk and such was going bad faster than the expiration dates indicated.
Anyway we went to several places and finally found another GE, almost the same exact refrigerator as the on that we had, at PC Richards.
I have to say that over the years all of the GE kitchen appliances that we still own or have owned have lasted an extremely long time, maybe requiring a minimal amount of service, if any at all.
BTW pizzaboy, you still having blocks of ice delivered to your flat?
