All I know is, my dad (a retired cardiologist) saw a super-high triglycerides level one time and first thing asked me about my drinking. I had drunk plenty that night before, which skewed the results in a major way. So my point being still: don't drink (or eat anything) at least 12 hrs before a blood test!
The lab I go to doesn't even want you to eat breath mints or chew gum before a test...
I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! lol
