The ugly weather in Jersey/NY finally broke on Sunday evening with many violent storms across the area. The National Weather Service confirmed that a tornado touched down in the Bronx (pizzaboy, you OK?). Down in South Jersey there were scattered power outages. Some folks are still in the dark two days later. The good news...the temps went in to the 80s and the humidity dropped. 100 degrees and 98% humidity is not fun.

Went for a jog on the boardwalk today and a dip in the ocean. Very nice. Water temp about 75.
