Why wouldn't it? I know one argument is that there shouldn't be a pro team in a city that revolves around gambling, which really doesn't make sense to me because if someone wanted to pay a player or official to fix a game they can do it no matter where the team is.

Do you think it wouldn't work because there might not be enough people to buy season tickets? I don't see that as being a problem because most of the seats will be owned by casinos who give the tickets to customers.

Those are the only two reasons I can think why it might fail in Vegas, but what do you know that I don't?
