Loosing weight for me was the easiest/hardest thing I've ever done. Easy for me to walk the 2-4 miles everyday. I even went for walks in 25 degree weather with snow/ice on the ground and rainy weather it didn't matter.

Hard thing was getting in and staying in the right frame of mind. Like avoiding those late night snacks or not having a second helping of mash potatoes.
