Another good one is to make little bags of 50 goldfish crackers. That's just about 100 calories. We also like sugar-free ice pops and fudgicles in the summer. They have very few calories. There are options out there. You just have to look for them.

Just remember - the key to keeping it off is to change your habits. Until that happens, you will just put it right back on.
