Ever since I retired I have made the time to try to keep in shape. I do a Denise Austin workout nearly every day (always at last 5 days a week).
And, I now am in the habit of walking/running about 2 miles a day. My place has a nearby great park with a track area. It's so scenic here and nearly every day is great for walking. Although I can't say my body looks like I'd like it to
, With my quitting smoking 3 years ago, it's sort of an added plus to feeling better.
