Any more members willing to post advice/tips/tricks to their weight loss success stories? I am a person who battles the roller coaster weight gain/loss curse and would love to keep this thread alive and progressing. Great posts so far! Congrats, Mig. I am currently "living large" and have found that exercising first thing in the morning is very beneficial. I can also testify to the 50/50 method - you must exercise AND control your diet equally. Doing one without the other is difficult to achieve long term positive results...damn,I love to eat! grin
BTW - It is pure hell being fat in the summer! panic
