Bottom line is the G.O.P. is out to destroy him, and he needs to drop all the "bi-partisan" nonsense.
Funny you should mention that DT as every single time I turn around Obama is blaming the GOP for this or for that. That's not very partisan now is it.
Now you might have a point in that the GOP hasn't been very cooperative, but it's hard to be cooperative when Obama's idea of bi-partisan is wanting the GOP to do everything his way.
