Larry King, who requires validation so badly that he's been married eight times and engaged nine, a man so shallow and fickle that he boasted that his current wife is the only one who lasted to a double digit anniversary, and then filed for divorce, and then changed his mind, a man so self-centered that he never bothered meeting his own son and namesake for over 30 years.

You forgot to mention that Larry King is also a famous celebrity. To many people, that outweighs all of what you mentioned.
Okay, so maybe you're not jealous of him. But my comment still stands regarding many of those who make statements like that. I don't see why men can't have children when they're older. I think there are many women who are jealous of the fact that men don't have the "ticking biological clock" that women do.
