I guess what I'm getting at is, since he was not arrested in the U.S. nor was the crime committed in the U.S., what the laws of Peru are regarding these murder charges. (i.e. can they reopen the Holloway investigation, is he given the same rights as in the U.S. and should it go to court, is there a trial jury). confused
