Beth, I was just gonna post the same thing. He has been arrested for "murder" the news story said. Question, can they re-open the Holloway case also? Or since he was released can they not re-investigate/charge him? confused After all he is in another country and both murders occurred out of the U.S. Do different laws apply?

He was taken into custody in Chile and a request from Peruvian authorities to extradite him will probably be honored.

However, I am a little surprised that you would ask if different laws apply.
