Beth, I was just gonna post the same thing. He has been arrested for "murder" the news story said. Question, can they re-open the Holloway case also? Or since he was released can they not re-investigate/charge him? confused After all he is in another country and both murders occurred out of the U.S. Do different laws apply?

as far as i know they can reopen cases because they don't have double jeopardy (but, i am not 100% sure about that).
