I am hearing MSNBC breaking a story about they Dutch boy (Youran Vander Sleut)who was arrested (twice) then released during the Natalie Holloway disappearance. He is now wanted in the disappearance of a Peruvian girl. eek I don't know details yet.

Apparently, at this point, he's NOT arrested but was the last person to see this girl alive.
