Right. No background check for concealed carry. There is still AFAIK a federal (NICS) requirement for background check to purchase. The second and more interesting issue is that Governor Brewer evidently signed a law which exempts guns made and kept in Arizona from any federal regulation, including background checks. This will almost certainly wind up in federal courts. New Law
