Same here, Yogi. We've had so much rain, on top of feet of snow that only melted a few weeks ago. There are areas nearby that have been inundated with flooding. They showed some poor guy who just finished drying out his house from the last flood and replaced his hot water heater and furnace, only to be hit again!
