I filled mine out and sent in. I had it on the counter and ready to mail, but for a few days kept forgetting to drop it in the mailbox. A couple days after I did send it I got a letter in the mail asking me to please fill it out and send it in ASAP. eek

I heard on the news that everyone MUST fill them out by law and that they would call or come to your home if you didn't. lol Geez, I only waited a couple days.
