I'm with my friend Dolce, no reason to ever let yourself get fat. There are only excuses. Everyone has to WORK at it after a certain point, it doesn't come as easily or naturally as it did when you're 19 true. It's worth it though, I like the high from working out. Life is a succession of trade-offs.
