Seriously, I still run about 25 miles a week and work out with free weights three times a week. It's the only way to keep the pounds off. Once you get into middle-age, eating right just isn't enough anymore. Not for me, anyway.
When I was a kid, I played all of the usual "American" sports. I was pretty average at all of them. I boxed a bit as a teenager, as well, and I studied Taekwondo extensively from my late teens until I was in my early 30s. Now I just watch old Bruce Lee movies
